General Refund Policy

This policy covers regular memberships and course purchases. For the 6-Week Challenge Win Your Money Back Guarantee, please see our Guarantee Page.

No Refunds for Subscriptions and Courses

Oracle Boxing does not offer refunds for:

  • Monthly or annual membership subscriptions
  • Individual course purchases
  • Coaching packages
  • Digital products or content

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you wish to avoid future charges.

Subscription Management

Manage your membership at: Membership Portal

Through your account dashboard, you can:

  • Cancel your subscription at any time
  • Downgrade or upgrade your membership level
  • Update your payment information
  • View your billing history

Alternatively, you can email us at team@oracleboxing.com to make any changes to your membership.

When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your access will be removed unless you resubscribe.

6-Week Challenge Exception

The only exception to our no-refund policy is the 6-Week Challenge, which includes a Win Your Money Back Guarantee. If you complete all challenge requirements within 6 weeks, your $197 commitment fee is fully refundable.

Cancellation Process

  1. Log into your Oracle Boxing account
  2. Navigate to your subscription settings
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email

Important: Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 24-48 hours. If the payment continues to fail:

  • Your account access will be temporarily suspended
  • You'll receive email notifications about the failed payment
  • You can update your payment method to restore access
  • After 30 days of failed payments, your subscription will be cancelled

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly at team@oracleboxing.com before initiating a chargeback. We're committed to resolving any billing issues quickly.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in permanent suspension of your account and loss of access to all content.

Special Circumstances

While our general policy is no refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a special case, such as:

  • Technical issues preventing access to content
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
