Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Oracle Boxing's services, including our 6-Week Challenge, courses, and community platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Oracle Boxing provides online boxing training services including:

  • The Boxing from First Principles course
  • Daily live coaching calls
  • Access to our private community platform
  • Video feedback and technique analysis
  • Monthly challenges and competitions

3. 6-Week Challenge Commitment

The 6-Week Challenge requires a $197 commitment fee. This fee is fully refundable upon successful completion of the challenge requirements within the 6-week period.

Completion Requirements:

  • Attend at least 2 live coaching sessions per week
  • Post one training video per week in the community
  • Complete all 6 modules of the Boxing from First Principles course
  • Attend both scheduled progress check-in calls

4. Refund Policy

Your $197 commitment fee is 100% refundable upon successful completion of all challenge requirements within the 6-week period. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after verification of completion.

If you do not complete all requirements within the 6-week timeframe, your commitment fee is non-refundable but you retain lifetime access to all course materials and community features.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Respect other community members and coaches
  • Not share or redistribute course materials
  • Train safely and within your physical capabilities
  • Consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Boxing is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that:

  • You are physically capable of participating in boxing training
  • You will follow all safety guidelines and recommendations
  • Oracle Boxing is not liable for any injuries sustained during training
  • You should consult a physician before starting any new exercise program

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Oracle Boxing, including videos, course materials, and training programs, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Community Guidelines

Our community platform requires respectful interaction. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
  • Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
  • Spam or promotional content without permission
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation

Violation of community guidelines may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Oracle Boxing provides training guidance and education but is not responsible for individual results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
